We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various installation projects from initiation to completion.
Projects include computer networks, electrical systems, and fire alarms.
This is a key role that requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including Identifying pathways and penetrations on blueprints - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget - Provide technicians with instructions to meet goals for each project - Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members - Proficiency in project management with construction - Knowledge of scope management principles and techniques - Familiarity with mapping out pathways on blueprints - Advanced understanding of electrical systems and wiring - Strong knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills We offer competitive compensation packages including benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
