You must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask while staying organized, and be a self-starter.
As our front desk, you are motivated to keep the practice productive and the schedule full.
You strategically schedule appointments that enhance the patient's experience and promote smooth operations.
What will you do? Schedule appointments Follow up on unscheduled treatment Collect patient balances Insurance verification Data entry Review and create routing slips for the next days' patients Documentation of patient records Answer phones Other tasks as required What will you bring? Computer use is an essential part of this position Excellent written and verbal communication skills Time management The ability to adapt and be flexible Previous dental office experience is highly preferred
