Experience:
Has 1-year Children's Lighthouse or other related experience in phonics curriculum and has 2-years minimum classroom experience.
Ability to communicate with and motivate others.
Consistently follows through with all assignments.
Excellent role model to other teachers and maintains a model classroom.
Stays abreast of developments in the field of Early Childhood Education.
Has office Management and Call Front Desk Call Experience.
Is proficient in Excel, Word, and basic computer skills.
Prefer experience in ProCare.
Primary Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
Monitors staff's weekly lesson plans to ensure curriculum is being implemented daily, and to ensure the appropriateness of other planned activities.
Assists in coordination of school-wide special curriculum events.
Coordinates sharing and use of supplies requested by teachers.
(Takes requests of supplies from teachers, fills requests as much as possible in house and makes list of items that need to be purchased.
).
Works with teachers on maintaining quality classroom environments.
Keeps inventory of curriculum materials for school during the academic year and in the summer.
Assists in ordering education consumables monthly.
Communicates company training to staff and organizes attendance.
Follows and completes the required Children Lighthouse Procare Weekly Checklist.
Completes additional daily operational duties as assigned.
Completes any additional miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Monitors company Phone call, voice mails and puts best foot forward representing the company and use the systems provided to diligently enter information to facilitate tours Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

Fills in classrooms, kitchen, and conducts bus runs as needed to maintain coverage.
Completes and checks bus runs as assigned and necessary.
Ensures efficient management of telephone calls and is able to turn 80% of inquiry calls into tours.
Maintains children's files and maintains at least a 90% completion rate at all times.
Assists and/or creates school event calendars, newsletters, memos, and social media posts as assigned.
Assists in New Staff Orientation Participates in activities of professional and personal growth to maximize opportunity for succession within management.
The Curriculum Coordinator reports to the Assistant Director and/or School Director.
