RideNow Powersports Forney, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking a General Manager to join the largest powersports organization in the country.
The ideal candidate needs proven success in Powersports General Management or General Sales Management experience.

Responsibilities:
Implement & execute retail best practices to drive company sales objectives.
Interpret dealership and group related key data points to adjust daily, monthly, quarterly activity, & objectives to meet sales goals.
Create and drive a culture of training, employee development paths, and maintain accountability to the defined company's processes and procedures.
Support all sales department related activities:
desk management to include deal structuring, presenting numbers, closing deals, daily sales meetings, sales process training, showroom floor, and inventory management.
Collaborate with the Regional Operations Director/Team on area, local and regional functions including inventory, accounting audits, marketing, and recruiting.
Total dealership department fiscal responsibility.
To include:
sales, service, parts, and lifestyle.
Ensure customer care and satisfaction by ensuring best practices are consistent throughout each department, and promptly resolving customer concerns and questionsRequirementsMinimum of 3
years experience in a powersports dealership strongly desired, however, however, similar industries will be consideredA minimum of 2
years in a retail management role, preferably in PowersportsExperience in F&IStrong personal interest in and knowledge of powersportsCRM/DMS/Desking experienceMotorcycle endorsement preferredAbility to work a flexible schedule, including SaturdaysProven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goalsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsConsistent and stable work historyMust have a strong knowledge of the powersports market, and an in-depth understanding of all sales departments' financial dataBenefitsWhat RumbleOn/RideNow Powersports Offers You:
