Prepare and beautify the grounds of the community by:
Physically walking the community on a frequent basis and removing litter, debris and other items as needed from the grounds.
Attention to detail is especially critical for the following areas and should be free of litter at all times:
Grass, flowers, and shrubs Recreation areas Sidewalks and walkways And for those pesky areas that are always in need of some attention you can help us by:
Clean and rake shrub areas Use blower to keep sidewalks and walking areas clean of loose grass and brush Maintaining the lovely landscaping, plantings, and foliage that brings a smile to all Clean pool Assist Make Ready Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Community Manager While you are conducting your beautification projects we know you will work in accordance with our company policies, values, and morals.
