Inventory Space Cordinator Shift:
M-Th 5am-5pm Pay:
$20.
25 In addition to the general job description below, the candidate will be responsible for:
Contact CSR's and transportation service Communicate with Operations Process inbound errors Follow SOP for Traffic Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner Generate tasks for inbound loads to be stocked Understand and utilize system screens to monitor and move workload through the system.
Perform consolidation for internal operations Generate and utilize system reports and audit sheets to evaluate the shift progress Serves as a central communication point for associates.
Manage the scheduling of inbound by updating appropriate communication methods.
Work overtime as needed Perform additional duties as assigned by management Requirements:
Good people skills 0-1 years' experience in data entry and/or dispatch, preferred Complete understanding of inbound Process Computer literate Multitasking capabilities Good verbal and written communication skills Yard view SAP-WMS Work overtime as needed Basic understanding and application of Microsoft Excel, preferred Be part of the world's largest logistics company! Role Purpose:
Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by verifying all inbound and outbound orders.
Insure that inventory entries and adjustments are reflected accurately in the warehouse management system.
Key Accountabilities:
Maintain inventory records.
Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties.
Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system as necessary.
Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records.
Required Education and
Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Six months warehousing and inventory experience, preferred Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred Our Organization is an equal opportunity employer.
