Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities - Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment - Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones
Experience:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or educational setting - Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education - Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons that promote learning and development - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues - Experience in tutoring or teaching specific subjects such as math or physical education is a plus We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as , paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
