- Greet clients and provide excellent customer service - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's calendar - Check-in clients and notify technicians of their arrival - Process payments and handle cash transactions - Maintain a clean and organized salon -follow Texas board cleaning and sanitation requirements - Provide information about salon services and promotions to clients - Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a salon or retail environment - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills - Bilingual in English and Vietnamese is a plus - Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions - Proficient in time management to ensure smooth operations of the salon - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with technicians and other staff members Note:
