Position Description:
To perform the Maintenance Tech position we are looking for someone with awesome maintenance skills, great customer service, and wonderful communication skills, who can identify and diagnose problems quickly, perform the necessary steps to fix the items identified, and deliver the unit back to the resident in 100% working order.
Qualifications:
HVAC and/or EPA Certified Must be Certified You are comfortable working with painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry You are multi-talented and can perform various housing trades You exceed our residents' expectations with your great attitude and awesome fix-it skills You pay attention to the details You can multi-task your workload and complete your work schedule on time Job Type:
