Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Ensure that compliance with all applicable health and safety standards is met in a professional manner.
Provide support to the Director of Operations in the management of patient records, scheduling, and coordination of care with referring physicians.
Assist in the maintenance of patient files and records.
Perform administrative functions on a daily basis.
Required
Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Qualifications:
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
Must possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize duties and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
