This position is based at our Headquarters in Dallas, TX.
and reports to the CAT Team Assistant General Manager.
The CAT Office Manager is responsible for leading the CAT HQ office staff to meet internal company assistance needs and ensure Copart travel processes are implemented and followed for all traveling staff.
Through a thorough understanding of Copart practices, the Office Manager will lead their team to facilitate a unique Copart experience for all field operations management and various levels of HQ staff interacting with CAT Travel.
Sample Duties and Responsibilities Manage day to day operations and provide direction to team regarding administrative duties and goals Coordinate employee scheduling, time and attendance, performance management & LEAD the team to meet or exceed goals Monitor office supplies, swag, inventory, and purchase as needed Hire, train, develop and motivate staff members Conduct performance reviews according to company schedules along with leading traditional and impromptu meetings Required Skills and Experience High School Degree (GED), some college preferred One or more years of office management experince preferably leading high performing teams Computer Proficiency (MS Office Suite) Excellent communication skill:
verbal/written Excellent customer service skills with the ability to overcome conflicting priorities Ability to manage expenses with basic accounting management skills Valid Driver's license preferred Ability to travel as needed Bilingual skill a plus For 40 years, Copart has led its industry in innovation and customer service, enabling it to grow profitably in markets across the globe.
