Insurance Service Representative Starting Pay:
$33,000 Primary Responsibility The Commercial Lines Account Processor will be primarily responsible for servicing and handling of commercial accounts.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities Provide technical support for the account executive and account manager in processing all lines of commercial insurance in accordance with the objectives and procedures outlined in the agency procedures.
Assist with marketing process, prepare proposals/summaries and premium comparisons Complete all billings and invoicing on new business, renewals, endorsement, audits and monthly reports Policy checking Pursue Property & Casualty License Responsible for maintaining the integrity of client and policy information in the agency management system.
Additional Functions & Responsibilities Provide backup and support for other team members.

Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and/or college degree At least one year of office experience Preferred Qualifications One year of commercial and/or personal lines insurance processing Hold a valid Texas General Lines Agent license Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Intermediate to advanced-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to learn the agency management software.
Ability to work with internal and external clients at all levels.
Ability to follow directions.
High level of organizational skills.
Ability to work independently self-motivated and meets timed deadlines.
Ability to follow processes and procedures set forth by the agency.
