We are an established physician-owned, all-cash business that does not accept insurance for payment and has been in business for over 10 years.
The practice focuses on wellness, advanced diagnostic testing, nutrition, and hormone balancing and consists of two full-time locations (Addison and Forney).
The office manager will be responsible for the oversight of both locations and must spend time at each location.
The providers that serve Modern Medicine are passionate about fixing our broken medical system one patient at a time through compassionate care that gives the patient options, not just medication.
The person who fills this position must be excellent at organization and multitasking as it relates to the daily operations of the practice and management of current office personnel at both practice locations.
They should be able to prioritize projects appropriately and create a day-to-day office flow that is efficient and timely.
They need to be a positive person and be able to create a positive working environment for both patients and staff.
They should be compassionate, able to see challenging circumstances from multiple points of views and understand, clearly, each team member's role in the practice.
They should also be articulate, able to mediate between providers, support staff, and patients while also effectively communicating office policies, billing policies, while providing general customer service to our patients in a concise, positive way.
No nights or weekends are required.
Highly competitive pay.
Minimum 5
years of medical office management experience is required.
